Teacher Workflow in KSM

KSM is designed specifically for teachers in Zambia with offline-first architecture. If your school internet connection drops, you can continue marking your daily attendance registers and entering assessment scores without interruption.

Taking Daily Attendance

Open your Class Register from the dashboard. Mark each pupil as Present, Absent, or Late. If you are offline, an amber indicator clearly communicates that data is stored safely on your device. When connectivity restores, KSM syncs automatically with the school server.
